About I have been in the real estate industry in the Cincinnati area since 1976 – as an investor, property manager, home builder or as a salesperson/broker. I have lived in a variety of areas of Greater Cincinnati and have owned over 75 properties from Batavia to Dayton, Milford to Miamitown and many more! I have worked for both east and west real estate brokers and have worked for 4 new home builders. I am native to Cincinnati, have a son and my wife has been a teacher since 1976. I graduated from Roger Bacon High School and have a Business BA from UC. I am a licensed real estate broker in Ohio, and am a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors and the MLS. I feel that my many years of sales background, my knowledge of the many areas of construction and my familiarity with the SW Ohio area, along with creative marketing plans will enable me to market your property most effectively and inexpensively!
