It's common sense:  Let nearly 4,000 local Realtors (+ Realtors nationwide) know your home is for sale by listing it in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with VISTA Realtors, have VISTA offer detailed brochures, answer the phone to set appointments, negotiate contracts, have optional photo ads, and sell the home - this isn't rocket science!

Do you really need to pay a 5%, 6% or 7% commission and pay for expensive offices and unnecessary overhead?  As long as you the co-op commission (often 3%) to another selling broker, realtors will show and sell your home - it's proven!  If you still think you need to list your home with that big name broker, give me a call & you may be surprised!
